A 27-year-old man who was shot in the head while sitting in a car in East Flatbush last week has died, according to the NYPD.
Police say Dejour Paul was shot outside 980 Rutland Road around 3:20 a.m. on Sept. 28.
Paul was taken to Brookdale Hospital in critical condition. He died from his injuries on Sunday, Oct. 4.
Investigators previously recovered eight shell casings at the scene and were looking into a gray, four-door sedan seen traveling east on Rutland Road.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
