A Cedarhurst man is facing charges for a deadly crash that happened over two months ago in Nassau County.
Brayan Romero Flores, 24, was arrested in connection with the incident that happened on Branch Boulevard in Woodmere on March 19.
Nassau police say Michael Kreindler, 39, of Valley Stream was driving a 2023 Tesla when he collided with Romero Flores’ 2019 Honda Accord around 8 a.m. that Thursday.
Kreindler was originally listed in critical condition after the crash, but later died from his injuries at the hospital.
Romero Flores is now being charged with manslaughter, criminally negligent homicide, assault and reckless driving.
He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and was remanded without bail.
