A Suffolk pub that was destroyed in a fire collapsed in Kings Park on Tuesday, according to fire officials.

The Kings Park Fire Department were notified of the building failure around 1p.m. The vacant next door barbershop is nearing collapse, officials said, and the facade has already fallen off.

Suffolk County police say they have closed the road on Main Street eastbound at Church Street.

Fire officials say the Smithtown Highway Department is going to knock down the remaining building.

The Main Street Pub suffered a catastrophic fire just days before the Kings Park St. Patrick's Day Parade last year.
